Based on the needs of our customers, we offer our new FEA turnkey service, in which we take over the complete chain of purchase of goods from abroad and help the customer to deliver the goods with minimal labor costs.

THE CLIENT

Sends a purchase request with accompanying documents:

Purchase invoice.
Packing list.
Product description with photo.

TRADING HOUSE

Is working on the delivery:

The Finance department checks the opportunity and selects the best way to pay.
The Customs Department analyzes the products and determines the HS code, customs duty and the need to obtain permits.
The Logistics Department is working out the best ways and methods of delivering the goods.
The Foreign trade department contacts the supplier and negotiates the terms of delivery and prepares a Commercial offer based on data received from other divisions of the company.

THE CLIENT

Selects the best offer for him in terms of price and timing.
Coordinates and signs the Delivery Specifications.
Pays the bill on the terms agreed in the Specification.

TRADING HOUSE

Enters into a contract with the supplier and makes payment to the supplier.
Prepares the transport for shipment by the date agreed by the supplier.
Prepares documents for customs clearance.
After passing through customs clearance, delivers the goods to the Customer.
On the client's instructions, we carry out inspection control of goods, audit of manufacturers and distributors.
