We also perform door to door freight delivery.
This means that based on your initial data we can pick up the freight from your forwarder, go through the export formalities, check the shipping documentation, deliver the freight by motor transport to a customs body on the territory of the Russian Federation, perform customs clearance of the freight, and deliver it to your warehouse or other unloading point. The whole procedure is performed by one and the same transport operator. You will receive timely information on the movements of the commodities throughout the whole period necessary for their delivery to the unloading point.
If your freight is at the temporary storage warehouse at Sheremetyevo or Domodedovo and is placed under a selected customs procedure, we will help deliver it to your warehouse.
- International transportation. First of all this includes delivery of freights from Western and Eastern Europe to Russian consignees. If you require, we can also organise transportation of an export freight to Europe.
- Transportation of factory assembled and disassembled freights. We can affreight a separate transport for you, offer transportation by low-tonnage transport for smaller freights, or provide consolidated delivery of a disassembled freight up to the temporary storage warehouse in reasonable time. Delivery of disassembled freights is possible with the help of a single vehicle as well as with the help of transhipment at the warehouses of our partners in the EU countries.
- Transportation of large and heavy cargo. We are ready to participate in organising transportation of off-gauge and/or heavy freights for you including the process of acquisition of the necessary permissions using land transport as well as with the help of the "motor - ferry - motor" scheme from Europe, including, if necessary, freight tracking services.
- Transportation of dangerous freights requiring a certain temperature. We will organise transportation of freights classified as dangerous (except for danger classes 1 and 7) in accordance with all the necessary requirements to this category of freights. Do you need to transport a freight requiring a certain temperature? We will offer you motor transport with refrigerators that can provide the necessary temperature.
Transportation of high value freights. If you need to deliver a high value freight and you don't want to pay for customs convoy at the border of the Customs Union and the main aim is to avoid additional expenses related to down time of the transport we will help you select a way of freight transportation by customs carrier working on the territory of the Customs Union and will additionally ensure the freight with an insurance company (ROSNO, INGOSSTRAKH).
